Currently a critical task as banks decide the future of their asset financing activities and the allocation of scarce capital resources.
Boardrooms are populated by experienced directors, however during times of change it is often useful to engage outside expertise so that a sanity check is available from experienced senior individuals close to the industry.
The necessary expertise lies in the IAA Group’s Directors who are available and who have the experience required. We have experience of running major leasing companies and also have been in the industry through difficult times, which under the present circumstances can prove a real advantage. We work with ‘management’ on a personal ‘one on one’ basis and can undertake project work to assist the planning process.
In the current economic climate it is essential that sensible and prudent plans are implemented. In the formulation of those plans it is also essential that ‘experience’ is one of the building blocks.
